I'm only short 8 monsters now. The golden crystalbug and golden bunnies are among them. It looks like it's getting time for Firefly to add more creatures.

Maybe, when someone collects the entire set of 262 creatures, that can trigger the addition of more creatures to the game. Giant army ants? Giant Preying Mantises? Giant Wasps? I really hate wasps...

Be quick! I hope to launch a new update this week which might not contain new creatures, but the update after it certainly will. So keep hunting as I soon compile a list of top explorers. Right now it's a very exclusive bunch of players who've discovered all 262 creatures, or close to that.
